Based on a number of questions about your health complaint, the symptom checker will give reliable insight into possible causes, advice on whether you should go to the GP, and an impression of the urgency. The results of the symptom checker are stored in a so-called complaint report. This contains:
- Date of the complaint report and main complaint
- Overview of possible causes
- Advice on follow-up steps
The full complaint report is currently not stored in the Quin app automatically. You are able to find an abbreviated version of the complaint report in the Quin app. This abbreviated report contains:
- Date of the complaint report and main complaint
- Advice on follow-up steps
- Options to contact the GP practice immediately for a fitting consultation (remains active 24 hours)
Take the following steps:
- Tap on ‘My health’ at the bottom of the main page of the Quin app.
- Select ‘Complaint reports’.
- Select the complaint report you wish to review.
Tip: It is possible to download the full complaint report
Immediately after you have answered the questions of the symptom checker, you will receive information about the possible causes of your complaints. On that page you can also download the full complaint report.
Take the following steps:
- Scroll all the way down on the screen with the possible causes. Tap on the button ‘Download complaint report’.
- Choose whether you wish to store the complaint report on your mobile telephone, or if you wish to send it by e-mail or WhatsApp.
